    Evidence and scope

This profile summarizes HubSpot’s public CRM and Sales Hub pricing pages, checked on 4 October 2026. It is not a hands-on review or a claim about reliability. See Pipedrive vs HubSpot CRM for a decision-focused comparison.

    Where the free CRM stops

HubSpot describes its free CRM as free with no expiration date for up to two users and 1,000 contacts. A third salesperson or a larger contact database means moving to a paid tier, so check those limits against your plans for the next year.

Sales Hub paid plans are priced per seat. The pricing page states that Professional requires a one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 and Enterprise one of $3,500, which are not included in the per-seat price. Include them in a first-year budget.

    Before you decide

The free CRM stops fitting at a specific point: a third person who needs access, or a contact list growing past 1,000. Note which of those you expect to reach first, then price the paid Sales Hub tier for your team size, including any onboarding fee.
