Our job is to help business buyers make good software decisions. These standards apply to every page we publish.

Independence

Editorial conclusions are based on fit for the reader, evidence, and value. Affiliate commissions, vendor relationships, and our own commercial interests do not decide what we recommend or how we rank it. We do not accept payment for positive coverage.

Evidence, stated plainly

Every review, comparison, and shortlist states its evidence basis:

  • Hands-on testing: we used the product ourselves. We say when, and what we tested.
  • Documentation research: we relied on official documentation, pricing pages, and other published material.
  • User-reported evidence: we drew on reports from users, and we say so.

We never claim to have tested a product without evidence that we did. We do not invent screenshots, results, ratings, testimonials, awards, customer counts, credentials, or partnerships.

Accuracy and dates

Articles show their publication date and, when meaningfully revised, an update date. Pricing shows the date it was last verified and links to its source. When pricing has not been checked recently, the page says it may be out of date.

Buyer intent comes first

Before writing a commercial page we define who it is for, the problem they have, what they need to know to decide, and the right next step. Pages should help readers rule tools out as well as in.

Some pages contain affiliate links, which are disclosed near the recommendation and marked as sponsored in the page code. See our affiliate disclosure.

Our own products

YourTechAI builds its own software, such as QuoteFollow. Our products are labelled “Built by YourTechAI”. When an article discusses them, it carries an ownership disclosure, and our products are not ranked first by default.

Corrections

If you find an error, tell us. We correct factual errors promptly and note significant corrections on the page.
