Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy covers the YourTechAI editorial website at yourtechai.com. Contact the publisher at [email protected] for privacy questions.
Reading the website
The site is built as a static publication. It has no reader accounts, checkout, contact submission form, or newsletter signup. Fonts and site assets are served with the site rather than fetched from a third-party font service.
The site code does not set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics. Analytics must remain disabled while this policy describes that configuration. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and secure pages, which may include IP addresses, traffic routing data, browser or system information, requested URLs, and request times. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its data practices.
If you email us
We receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to enquiries, investigate corrections, and handle relevant editorial or privacy matters. Email is handled through Gmail and is subject to Google’s service practices. Please do not send sensitive personal information or credentials.
We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up, then remove it when no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Ask us to review or delete correspondence by emailing the address above. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your own messages.
Affiliate and external links
Clicking a vendor or affiliate link takes you to another website. That vendor or affiliate network may process request information and use cookies to measure referrals under its own privacy policy. YourTechAI does not control those websites. Review their policies before creating an account or buying.
Affiliate links are explained in our affiliate disclosure. Our own software products, including QuoteFollow, have separate privacy practices on their product websites.
Sharing and security
We do not sell the contents of reader enquiries. We may use service providers to deliver the website and email and disclose information when required by applicable law. Avoid including customer records in an editorial enquiry. No method of internet transmission provides absolute security.
Questions and changes
You may ask what correspondence we hold about you or request correction or deletion. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. We update this page when site practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
