Evidence and scope

This profile summarizes Xero’s pricing pages for the US, UK, Australia and Canada, checked on 6 October 2026. We have not tested Xero hands-on. Prices and payroll terms differ by country, so read only the line for your country.

Before you decide

Count how many invoices you send in a busy month. If it is close to 20, the entry plan’s cap will push you to the next plan, so price that one too. If you employ staff, check whether payroll is included in your country’s plan or sold as an add-on.
