MailerLite free plan: the current limits

On 6 October 2026, MailerLite listed 250 subscribers, 2,500 monthly emails, two user seats and three automations on Free. It also listed three signup forms, one landing page and one website. The vendor says campaigns and automation sending are locked when an account exceeds the free active-subscriber limit. Older advice citing a larger allowance should not guide a new purchase.

    MailerLite pricing and plans

The current plan names are Free, Comfort, Power and Enterprise. MailerLite cost depends on subscriber tier, sending needs and billing period. A free trial of premium features is different from the permanent Free plan: trial access does not mean every feature remains available afterward. Obtain a quote for your current and projected list, and save the renewal terms.

How to evaluate MailerLite email marketing

Build a signup form and connect it to a welcome automation. Make a landing page with one clear offer. Subscribe with safe test addresses and verify that the correct group receives the right message. Inspect the available reporting and check that an unsubscribed contact stops receiving marketing.

For integrations, look for the specific event and field mapping, not just the app name. An ecommerce purchase trigger, a basic contact import and a CRM status update are different requirements. Test duplicate records and a failed connection before relying on the workflow.

    Is MailerLite a good fit?

The free plan is a candidate for a small pilot that stays within both subscriber and sending limits. Three active automations may cover a welcome journey and two additional flows, but confirm how the vendor counts your design. A growing list needs paid-plan budgeting early.

Our Kit vs MailerLite comparison examines the decision without inventing an overall score. The email software checklist covers selection, and automation examples cover workflow design. This profile uses documentation; it does not claim hands-on review results.

Write the trigger, messages and exit rules before choosing a plan. For connector setup, use the official help for the exact action; this profile is a factual summary rather than a step-by-step integration tutorial.
