What is Kit, and is it still ConvertKit?

Kit is the current brand for the email platform previously called ConvertKit. Older searches for ConvertKit pricing, its free plan or ConvertKit cost should therefore be checked against current Kit plans. A legacy tutorial can use outdated plan names and limits.

Kit pricing: what changes the bill?

The official pricing page lists a Free plan for up to 10,000 subscribers, with broadcasts, forms and landing pages. Paid pricing depends on subscriber count and billing period. Creator adds unlimited visual automations and sequences; Pro adds further capabilities. The Free subscriber allowance alone does not prove it supports every automated journey.

At the 1,000-subscriber selection we checked, Creator displayed a rounded $33 monthly equivalent and a $390 annual invoice. Use the annual invoice when budgeting: a rounded display multiplied by twelve can differ from the actual charge. Reprice at your projected list size before committing. Fees for selling products are separate from the email subscription; check those terms if commerce is part of your plan.

    Choose by workflow

For a newsletter, test signup, a broadcast and one audience segment. For a course launch, also test your welcome sequence, interest tags and the rule that stops promotions after a purchase. Record which plan each part requires.
